About the JobWe are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused trainee to join our team as a Receptionist through an IEFP professional internship.If you enjoy working with people, have an interest in hospitality, and want to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, we would be pleased to meet you.What we’re looking for:No previous experience requiredInterest in hospitality, customer service, and front-office operationsGood communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learnSense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detailAbility to adapt to different tasks and daily routinesFluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); other languages are a plusKey responsibilities:Support check-in/check-out proceduresAssist with online and telephone reservationsLearn to use reservation and property management softwareHelp with administrative and back-office dutiesProvide assistance to guests and respond to requestsCoordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are readySupport breakfast service and bar operations when requiredAssist with room/table setup and general service tasksAvailability to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysWhat we offer:IEFP professional internshipFull training in front-office and hospitality operationsIntegration in a young, dynamic, and supportive teamOpportunity to grow professionally within the companyIf this role sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be pleased to connect.
