Business Analyst – Sales & Operations

Industry: Technology / ERP / Industrial Engineering

Join a dynamic and innovative company specializing in ERP solutions and technology-driven commercial operations. We are looking for a Business Analyst – Sales & Operations to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of operational processes related to commercial management.

Acting as the Key User for the area, this role will facilitate communication with functional business departments to implement improvements, manage systems, and resolve incidents. The focus will be on optimizing processes, analyzing commercial data, and providing strategic support to the sales team to help achieve the organization's commercial objectives.

This position is ideal for professionals with an analytical and operational mindset, interested in serving as a strategic link between the commercial area and other key departments while contributing to business success through process optimization and standardization.

Main Responsibilities

Commercial Process Management and Optimization

  • Implement and oversee operational processes in the commercial area.
  • Design improvements to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to the commercial area, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Support for the Sales Force

  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including report generation, contract tracking, and order management.
  • Resolve operational issues related to customers, products, or services.
  • Ensure commercial policies and procedures are properly followed.
  • Verify CRM data accuracy to correctly calculate variable compensations.

Data Analysis and Management

  • Consolidate, analyze, and report key data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct sales analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within commercial systems.

Interdepartmental Communication as a Key User

  • Act as a liaison between the commercial area and other departments.
  • Actively participate in system implementation or update projects, including ERPs, CRMs, or other technological tools.
  • Train the commercial team in the use of relevant systems and tools, ensuring proper adoption.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires in the commercial area.

Key Competencies and Skills

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of commercial processes within the technology sector.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with different functional areas.
  • Strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage change effectively.

Management Skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Results-driven approach with data-based decision-making capabilities.

Languages

  • Strong written English comprehension to facilitate collaboration with international teams.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in similar roles within technology-driven companies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools will be highly valued.
