We are a global web services company, committed to creating safe and positive digital experiences for our users. We are expanding our team in Porto, Portugal, and are seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to help us maintain high content standards on our platform.

Position Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review and manage user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable user experience while helping improve moderation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Enforce platform rules, identifying and flagging inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share insights for process improvement.
  • Document and report flagged content, maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to improving the platforms moderation standards based on user trends and feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher) and B2 English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of web-based platforms and content management systems is a plus.
