Job Summary Keyrus is looking for a SAP Business Objects Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Objects (BO) administration, user support, and training, along with a foundational understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and change management processes.

This role involves supporting and maintaining BO reports, conducting user training sessions, and ensuring adherence to access control policies.
This position is fully remote based in the EU.

Key Responsibilities BO Support and Maintenance:
Act as Level 1 support for BO reporting issues or questions. Maintain BO reports as needed. Organize and lead training sessions for users; create training materials to be published in the company's platform.

BO Administration:
Utilize the Central Management Console (CMC) for user setup, service restarts, and promotion management. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Build SAC dashboards and provide support to company's users. Undertake SAC administration tasks, including user and team setup and security profile maintenance. SAC experience is ideal, but beginners can receive training.

Change Management and Access Control:
Master the company's change management processes for all BI applications.

Understand and implement the access control process, including running access control reviews, maintaining access control policy, and ensuring its correct reflection in Cherwell for all BI applications.

Organize and manage BI deployment in production. Requirements for the role Able to act as Level 1 support for BO reporting issues or questions. Maintain BO reports as needed. Capable of organizing and leading training sessions for users; creating training materials to be published in the company's platform. Strong understanding of change management and access control processes. 2 years of experience in BO administration is preferred. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and BI application management is a plus.
