Your responsibilities and impact as an Automobile Customer Service Agent will include:

  • Customer Service via phone and email
  • Offering product information to customers
  • Providing professional advice on product usage
  • Managing warranty cases

Highlights of what this position offers:

  • Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts (5 days/week with 8 hours, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 6 PM)
  • Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
    • Inclusive of free accommodation (shared flat, all bills covered): 950€ gross/month
    • Exclusive of accommodation: 1160€ gross/month
  • For international applicants:
    • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
    • Airport transfer service
    • Annual round-trip flight ticket to your home country (within the EU)
    • Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc., upon arrival
    • Comprehensive private health insurance from day one of employment
    • Complimentary Portuguese lessons, cooking workshops, sports activities, and social gatherings arranged by the company

  • (*) Compensation during successful training period (3 weeks): 50% of hourly wages (lesser taxes)
