About the job

  • Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with highend data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients

Your Main Activities Are

  • Administrate CIB HR Transversal projects/processes
  • Manage the full setup of campaigns, acting as project office in the definition of the content and technical setup
  • Administrate the platform such as About Me/ Pulse/ Qualtrics
  • Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), documentation & training materials
  • Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework
  • Act as the main contact for Group HR representing CIB
  • Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees
  • Produce dashboards & adhoc reporting
  • Projects
  • Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients
  • Take over the management of micro processes
  • Setup and follow up of the projects from the specifications up to the go live

Profile and Skills to Success

  • At least university attendance is required
  • Systems administration & support
  • Strong reporting/consolidation or process management experience
  • Management of large databases
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level
  • Fluent in English, intermediate in French

About the Team

  • The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup
  • Activities of the R&S team include:
  • Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard, etc.)
  • Systems administration (About Me, MyDev, etc.)
  • Appraisals & 180° processes management
  • Learning & Development support & reporting
  • Micro Processes management (JAD, etc.)
