TopTalent Recruitment Agency is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Polish-speaking Content Classification for Social Media Project for their Lisbon office.


WORK MODE

  • On Site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Classification consists of reviewing and labeling content.
  • This can be done at account level, video level.
It can be a video, photos, books, it can be related to the Artificial Intelligence label and confirm if it's correct, categorize the content by labels (Ex:
Comedy, Fashion, Cooking, Lip-sync, etc.), also focus on the originality of the content produced or if it's copied from a different account or other social media platform or the kind of editions used by the users, verification can also be done for the whole user's account, accurate categorization of the content with the goal of providing the best user experience when they are checking for different kinds of content on the platform.

  • Labeling the videos on the platform for users to find the content they are looking for, increasing engagement on the platform.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native or proficient level of Polish language, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time

  • Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months
