About the Job:


This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven, has a technical background and loves balancing multiple stakeholders to drive exceptional business results.

Success in this role will require a metrics-based approach and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements at times.

You will have experience in Product Management, be a strong team player and have a strong passion to be a game-changer to ultimately build an incredible company together.


You will work very closely with the Engineering and Design teams, Head of Product, Product Managers, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to drive results.


We are looking for a technical, analytical, collaborative Product Manager who has excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our fast-growing company.

  • Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid requirements for engineering, design, and the business to operationalize
  • Subject matter expertise
  • Technical enough to step into the user's shoes (developers) by becoming a handson user of the Product (API)
  • Influence decisions on technical infrastructure and build/buy/partner decisions regarding product
  • Strong in process and datadriven decision making
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
  • Understands SDLC and is a experienced operating in a lean/agile scrum environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results/growth
  • Strong execution mindset and demonstrated ability to drive work to completion
  • A selfstarter with a bias for action and quick decisionmaking
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats

Responsibilities:

  • You will own the day to day operations of the Product Life Cycle, including the roadmap management, feature feasibility research, spec, build and launch.
  • You will identify new features and market opportunities through competitor research, internal stakeholder interviews, customer interviews and customer feedback portals.
  • You will be responsible for the functionality that supports the technical user persona who use our API as their core solution for gathering web data
  • You will establish and maintain close relationships with your customers

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of product management experience in a top tech company or innovative technology startup
  • Experience working with Saas solutions, ideally B2B, in both the selfserve and enterprise space
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences
- 'Can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

  • Undergraduate concentration in Computer Science or a technical discipline necessary; advanced degree a plus
