As the Data Architecture Team Lead, you will lead ateam of data architects and frame data architecture at an enterprise level viewacross SE.

You will own the development and execution of the architecturalroadmap in alignment with the strategic business objectives across theenterprise.

As a leader, you will actively contribute to the success of thedigital our transformation journey to become a data driven company in future.

HowYou'll Make an Impact?

  • You will buildup and lead a high performing team of data architects and you will beresponsible for key architecture decisions.
  • You will beresponsible for enterprise data model architecture to establish the overalldata implementation across various systems and platforms.
  • Utiliseindustry models to support internal and external exchanges of data. s
  • Document andpresent methodologies, procedures, and project results to senior stakeholdersacross different functions
  • You will beaware of and understand emerging technologies, the latest trends in the area ofdata architecture tools and their ways of working.
  • You willprovide guidance to your team and mentor team members to realise their full potential.
  • You'll be partof an inspiring team of real data science thought leaders and experts withinthe ED&AA global team and will be a valuable contributor.

WhatYou bring - Your skills, capabilities.

  • Advanced Degreein one of the following fields: Computer science, mathematics, engineering,physics or related. A PhD is considered a plus.
  • You will haveextensive experience in the field of Data & Analytics and Data Architectureand at least 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • At least 5+years of experience with data and analytics architecture design.
  • You will haveadvanced expertise in defining architecture principles, policies, andstandards
  • Experience inuse of modern data modelling tools and ontologies
  • Good to have:Experience in an industryrelated environment (e.g. energy sector).
  • You will have astrong customer focus and excellent communication skills along. You willnavigate easily in a global & multicultural environment.
  • You will beable to demonstrate exceptional leadership and coaching skills to collaborateacross multicultural, global teams and develop engineering talent
  • Openminded andwilling to learn approach
  • Resultsdrivenas well as excellent interpersonal, and collaborative skills
  • Passionateabout data and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of anorganization and ecosystems
  • Fluent in bothspoken and written English, knowledge of German or any other language would bea plus.
