We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Product Owner to join the Lisbon tech hub of one of our prestigious clients, a leading and rapidly growing GameTech company.

As a Product Owner within an Agile development environment, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and development of innovative products, driving a Scrum team to provide the best and most trusted online gaming experience to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Vision and Direction:
Guide the Agile development team by creating requirements in the form of epics and user stories. Manage the product backlog and iteration planning process.

Release Planning and Expectations:
Lead the planning of product release schedules and set clear expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Mitigate impediments impacting release or sprint goals.

Agile Practices:
Support the team and organisation by implementing agile and scrum best practices, and promoting agile values.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with product management and business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog prioritised by business value or ROI.


Market Exploration:
Explore the market to identify opportunities and represent the voice of the customer to the team.
Must Haves

Experience:
At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products is an asset. Experience with product companies and FinTech is highly valued.

Technical Understanding:
A strong grasp of technology, programming languages, and software architecture.

Communication Skills:
Clear and concise communication across both technology and business teams.

Agile Expertise:
Solid experience with agile methodologies.

Work Ethic:
A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
