• Ensure the normal course of all activities, spaces and equipment in an efficient, effective and professional way respecting safety standards;
• Controlling the state of material resources, preventing their deterioration and/or breakdown, evaluating and ensuring the installation, rehabilitation and/or repair of infrastructure, machinery or equipment;
• Perform corrective maintenance needs;
• Resolve urgent needs and problems;
• Maintain green spaces;
• Support security procedures.
• Support all procedures during events held at the school

• High level of responsibility, proactivity and dynamism; motivation to be a team worker;
• Clean appearance;
• Civil construction knowledge, equipment maintenance;
• Proficiency in using work tools;
• Immediate availability.
