Die Rolle:
Als deutschsprachige/r B2B-Kundenberater/in betreuen Sie die Firmenkunden dieses schnell wachsenden Unternehmens. Sie betreuen den Schweizer Markt per Telefon und E-Mail in Ihrer Muttersprache.

Über Sie:

- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und sprechen fließend Englisch
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ihr Mantra ist es, einen fantastischen Kundenservice zu liefern

Ihr Arbeitsalltag:

- Betreuung von Geschäftskunden durch telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung vom Contact Center Lissabon aus
- Unterstützen Sie B2B-Kunden bei ihren Anliegen und lösen Sie grundlegende technische Fragen
- Bearbeitung von Fragen zum Zahlungsverkehr und zu Verträgen
- Verwalten von Kundendaten
