About the job
The Roadshow Manager is expected to have full responsibility for the entire Roadshow process which requires an advanced level of organisation, communication and client management

The Roadshow Manager is to have full responsibility for booking all Roadshow Meetings and liaising with Investors, Sales and JLMs (booking meetings, requesting availability and general correspondence)

Your Main Activities Are
Ensure that all activities and Roadshow duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Support Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle from conception to completion

Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules (in excel) for all roadshow types

Book all Roadshow Meetings using Bloomberg, book travel logistics (commercial and private flights, cars, trains and accommodation) as well as book virtual and physical meetings and send out calendar invitations (Teams, Webex)

Research, price and manage booking of suitable venues across Europe and Asia for a range of group events

Complete and fill external pro forma meeting contracts on behalf of BNP Paribas as well as finalise all costs for Roadshow and ensure 100% reimbursement to the desk via Accounts Team (Accounts ensure Clients, BNP Paribas entities and other banks are re-charged correctly and in line with company's policies)

Set up GICs and DealRoadshow slide presentations

Provide consistent Roadshow coverage in the London office during the absence of the Head of Desk and support US Roadshow desk when absent

Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Studies or Events

Experience in Communications, Multi-Project Management or Event Management

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written

Creativity, innovation and problem solving skills

Ability to develop and leverage networks

Resilience, ability to deliver, and a results driven mindset

Attention to detail and excellent time management skills, with ability to work under pressure after deal announcement
