- Are you a native German speaker with the ambition to become a Supervisor for Microsoft? We are looking for a Team Leader
- In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring and motivating a team focused on Customer & Technical Support. Also, you must be able to guide, mentor and motivate a team of approximately 8 Customer Service Representatives (CSR).

- As a Supervisor for Microsoft, you'll motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential, in terms of service metrics and career goals;
- Ensure individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide assistance and realtime mentoring;
- Monitor contacts to identify opportunity areas to improve performance and customer experience;
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.
- Fluency in German (minimum C1 level);
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level);
- As a Supervisor for Microsoft, you'll need experience in the technology area (preferred);
- Leadership skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
