HR - Learning & Performance Specialist para a zona da Grande Lisboa para assegurar as seguintes tarefas:

Descrição da Função Efetuar o levantamento de necessidades de formação em colaboração com os Líderes do negócio, apoiando a construção do mesmo; Participar no desenvolvimento dos programas de formação, bem como do conteúdo dos mesmos e respetivos manuais e outros materiais, a fim de apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de atividades de formação; Garantir o controlo e realização de formações e certificações técnicas obrigatórias; Liderar o desenvolvimento das diversas Academias de Formação com os vários departamentos do Grupo; Desenvolver e coordenar o plano de formação, efetuando a Gestão do Orçamento da conta de formação; Acompanhar as tendências e boas práticas de mercado na área da formação e, assim, poder contribuir para a elaboração e implementação de novas iniciativas de desenvolvimento relevantes para a Empresa; Impulsionar processos de melhoria contínua de acordo com as necessidades da empresa; Participar nos processos de seleção de possíveis parceiros externos no âmbito das iniciativas de formação; Garantir o bom desempenho, através do LMS – Learning Management System, das atividades formativas, criando e gerindo as atividades existentes bem como assegurar a gestão e operacionalização do plano anual de formação, com e sem recurso a LMS; Elaborar reports de análise de indicadores da formação procedendo à sua comunicação; Acompanhamento e reforço da estratégia de Employer Branding da organização, reforçando a imagem de marca empregadora de referência no setor; Acompanhar todos os processos de onboarding de novos colaboradores, regresso de expatriados e integração de impatriados; Acompanhamento e gestão de todos os Estágios da organização, profissionais e curriculares, mantendo o contacto regular com entidades promotoras de Estágios; Participar em projetos transversais de recursos humanos, a nível internacional, garantindo o posterior alinhamento com as políticas aplicadas à realidade das áreas de negócio.

Perfil requerido Formação académica superior em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão ou áreas similares; Experiência profissional superior a 3 anos em funções semelhantes em contexto multinacional, preferencialmente de grande dimensão; Experiência em gestão de academias e no desenvolvimento de programas corporativos de formação; Perfil operacional, dinâmico, resiliente e direcionado para as soluções; Fortes noções das best practices de mercado nas áreas de Training & Development; Excelentes conhecimentos de ferramentas do Microsoft Office; Inglês fluente; Forte sentido estratégico e de negócio; Excelente capacidade de influência e de relacionamento interpessoal com interlocutores de diferentes contextos funcionais e culturais; Dinamismo, proatividade e sentido de organização; Motivação para desenvolvimento de carreira em equipas de trabalho de grande dinamismo e elevado nível técnico.
