What will your day look like?
As a CRM and Personalisation Lead, you will first be introduced to our systems and workstreams.

Armed with the knowledge you need, you will become responsible for:

  • Communicating with our clients on a daily basis
  • Distributing and prioritizing tasks within the team
  • Monitoring quality and performance
  • Adhoc administrative tasks.

In our Lisbon office, you will join a team of about 150 talented people who are always ready to help each other.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Personally, you are proactive and pay great attention to detail.
  • Your coordination skills are excellent.
  • With your logic and structured mindset, you are able to manage multiple deliverables and tasks in a timely manner, while keeping the oversight.
  • As a minimum requirement, you have a bachelor's degree, preferably within the field of marketing or communications.
  • Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

In addition, we expect that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a CRM and Personalisation Specialist/Lead or similar.
  • A technical understanding of digital marketing platforms would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Very wellorganized and structured.
  • A wish to work with both routine and more complex tasks.
