THE ROLE


The Supply Chain & Logistics department at Farfetch manages everything from order fulfilment to transports, including customs clearance and packaging.

We are looking for a talented Junior Business Analyst, reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Analytics Manager, who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality cross-functional projects and contribute to achieving department targets through insightful performance analyses and data-driven recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support key strategic projects focused on Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data that contribute to Farfetch Operations cost efficiency and better customer experience;
  • Deep dive into complex problems and produce insights and recommendations for senior leadership;
  • Design and automate real time reports to enable proactive monitoring of our performance against targets.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strategic thinker with 1+ years of experience in similar role and/or a masters in engineering or business administration;
  • Curious;
  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity in a fastmoving environment;
  • Passionate about Strategy, Operations, and Technology;
  • Fast learner with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Familiar with Excel, SQL or any programming language and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI);
  • Able to communicate at multiple levels in the organisation;
  • Fluent in English.
