The Role We are looking for a talented Android Mobile Developer (the level of seniority is flexible and will be assessed throughout the recruitment process) to join our Technology Department.
This role and the team will be located in Lisbon (flexible working mode).You will be part of a dynamic full-stack development team driving the core delivery and full life-cycle of our product lines.
We are looking for someone who is humble, hungry and smart; with a strong track record in a role between product and technology teams at product-led growth companies.
What you will do:
- Design, build, deliver and support native Android apps; aim towards resiliency, scalability, security and fault tolerance in an agile environment;
- Improve product quality and advocate for high code quality, readability and high tests coverage;
- Promote best practices on Android development;
- Identify areas of improvement in the codebase and promote them through seamless integrations, documenting solutions and new flows;
- Mentor junior members when needed and contribute with meaningful reviews.
Requirements What you will bring:
- Experience in mobile software development (Java or Kotlin);
- Experience with ruby and Android SDK;
- Experience with unit/integration/e2e testing (test-driven development is a plus);
- Experience with CI/CD flows;
- Familiarity with development tools and processes (Git-flow, peer reviewing);
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
