**L'Offre**:

- Aider les clients sur de multiples canaux (courrier électronique ou téléphone) de manière interactive et conviviale
- Attirer des clients potentiels en répondant aux questions sur les produits et services ; suggérer des informations sur les produits et services
- Suivre les interactions des clients
- Traiter les demandes de renseignements, y répondre en temps donné et gérer les requêtes
- S'assurer que le degré de satisfaction répond aux exigences du client et de l'entreprise
- Contribuer à créer un engagement de marque pour notre clients

**Pré-requis**:

- Parlez couramment le français (C1) - un niveau de langue maternelle est un plus
- Communiquez facilement et en toute confiance sur les médias sociaux
- Souhaitez développer vos qualités personnelles dans un environnement professionnel
- Traitez toutes les données et informations personnelles avec la plus grande confidentialité
- Êtes proactif, axé sur les résultats, motivé et capable de travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel

- Espace de bureau moderne et spacieux dans une zone attractiveEn tant que Consultant(e) RH, vous serez responsable de mener à bien un projet de mission RH/paie dans le cadre d'externalisation des tâches confiées par votre client. Vous vous assurez également de l'optimisation constante des performances RH du projet.

**L'offre**:

- Proposer et mettre en place la stratégie de gestion des tâches de ressources humaines ;
- Entretenir une excellente communication et relation avec le client ;
- Analyser et organiser les données (paie et absence) afin d'orienter les chargé(e)s de mission en conséquence ;
- Créer des rapports mensuels illustrant les performances de traitement des tâches ;
- Suggérer et appliquer des conseils d'optimisation de gestion RH ;
**Pré-requis**:

- Parfaite maîtrise du français à l'écrit et l'oral ;
- Diplôme d'études (Ressources humaines ou école de commerce) ;
- Précédente expérience ou compétences en gestion de projet (est un plus) ;
- Connaissance des outils de gestion de paies ;
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel ;
