Administrator
We are excited to be seeking an experienced
Administrator.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, including some exposure to accounts tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in office software and basic accounting software
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes is desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

The Job:

  • Providing essential administrative support, including managing correspondence, data entry, and record keeping
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings as required
  • Utilizing office and accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure streamlined workflow across departments
  • Responding to inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff and providing prompt assistance
  • Managing files, documents, and records in an organized and accessible manner
  • Assisting in preparing financial documents and reports for review
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to office efficiency
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities related to administration and accounts tasks as assigned
