Sales & Group Reservations Manager

Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Reservations required
- Previous experience in Hospitality required
- Detailedoriented
- Proficient in communication; both verbal and written
- Selfstarter who can work independently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Great social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters

- Bachelor's degree
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
- Has an excellent understanding of company products, services, and values;
- Responds to qualified inbound leads by creating and sending quotes while upselling premium service offerings and overseeing the sales process from start to end;
- Negotiates contractual terms to achieve acquisition goals without sacrificing quality or revenue;
- Develops and sustains account relationships;
- Manages the Sales CRM including reporting, data entry, and analysis;
- Responds to customers' requests, questions, and concerns;
- Communicates pertinent product and service information to customers before and after the sale;
- Creates and organizes logistics documents, and communicates pertinent customer and contractual information to the relevant departments responsible for the execution of the services;
- Identifies and contacts new leads that fit the company personas.

Time Commitment: 40 Hours per Week
Type of Contract: 6 months with renewal upon evaluation
