The People & Organizational Development


at
EDP Energias de Portugal, has the mission of designing the
EDP Group's People Management strategy and ensuring the implementation of transversal policies and processes, with the aim of promoting an experience of excellence for all employees, thus contributing to the sustainability of the business and are looking for an Organization Empowerment & Process transformation professional.


We are working on delivering a One aligned company, with global standards, where EBD and Management Teams interventions focus goes to strategic decisions, high financial magnitude issues, and non-planned matters.

Delegation of powers and process are being transformed to give people agility, empowerment, and accountability. The aim is to transform decision making processes, providing simplicity and clarity globally across
EDP group.


The project evolves several teams from all
EDP geographies and business, working in different areas, like organization, process improvement, finance, legal, procurement, compliance, planning and control, human resources, digital, and many business areas.

We are looking for an engaged person towards this purpose to join Organization Design team for 12 months:

Main responsibilities:

  • Capture current decision models across
    EDP group companies and identify best practices;
  • Identify improvements opportunities and perform analysis to sustain change needs;
  • Propose efficiency and agility measures for the Group's;
  • Design delegation of authority and decision processes that respond to efficiency and agility goals;
  • Support the planning and management of transformation projects;
  • Promote change management, teams' mobilization, and project communication;
  • Define detailed business requirements, process and dashboards.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Business Management/ Economics/ Engineering;
  • 1 to 3 years professional experience in: efficiency studies, decisions acceleration & delegation of authority improvement, process & organizational transformation and /or projects management;
  • Value experience in business effectiveness, processes engineering and business improvement;
  • Strong analytical skills, teamwork skills and communication skills;
  • Advanced English level.
