We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as a
Customer Support Representative - Spanish speaker.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

  • Provide pre
- and post-sales support for all self-service products

  • Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience
  • Identify trends and solve problems

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful at this job?

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in
    Spanish:

  • At least C1 in English:
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Social Media experience will be a plus
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
