If this resonates with you, then you could be the perfect fit to join our team of skilled professionals dedicated to enhancing our Cloud-based HPC offering used globally by our engineers. You will be a part of the Product Team responsible for High-Performance Computer platforms at Vestas. Our team formulates strategies, builds platforms, and creates roadmaps with a business-oriented approach to accelerate the experience for our internal HPC users. As an HPC Engineer in our Product Team, you will play a vital role in improving the computational experience for our users. Our goal in the HPC Experience Product Team is to empower users to focus on their tasks while we enhance and maintain the HPC Platform for efficient delivery. Responsibilities
  • Work with the HPC Tooling Framework covering the entire HPC Toolchain, such as Plan, Code, Build, Test, Deploy, and Observe.
  • Develop services to enhance the HPC Experience for users.
  • Provide consultation to internal HPC users and other teams within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to align platforms with business needs.
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap and advancements in HPC capabilities.
  • Share feedback on engineering methodologies and best practices.
  • Promote HPC culture and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications You may have: High:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • End-to-end experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cycle Cloud and Slurm.
  • Basic Azure Competency.
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
  • Background in programming.
  • Exposure to High-Performance Computer technologies.
Medium:
  • Knowledge of LUSTRE and InfiniBand.
  • Experience with a major Cloud provider.
Lower:
  • Advantageous: simulation experience.
  • Azure API familiarity.
