Nous recrutons des Responsables d'Equipe pour intégrer nos équipes à Porto.

Vous assurez la responsabilité d'une équipe de 14 à 15 conseillers.

Il s'agira notamment de:

- Animer une équipe ;
- Organiser et planifier la production au quotidien ;
- Garantir la conformité de l'activité afin de s'assurer de la satisfaction de nos clients ;
- Proposer et faire évoluer les procédures ;
- Participer à des projets de développement de l'activité ;

Profil recherché:
Votre niveau de français est C2.

De formation supérieure, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie de 2 ans minimum dans le management d'équipe, acquise dans le secteur des télécommunications et vous parlez couramment français.

Autonomie, rigueur, pragmatisme et excellent relationnel sont les atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.

Avantages:
Salaire de 1641€ brut sur 14 mois qui inclut:

- Un salaire de base à 1230,00€ brut
- Bonus selon atteinte des objectifs
- Un panier repas de 8,32€/jour (net, en carte repas)
- Un remboursement jusqu'à 30€ pour les transports en commun (il suffit de nous rapporter votre justificatif)

- Durée de contrat : CDI dont 3 mois de période d'essai
- Un bonus mensuel déplafonné - selon l'atteinte des objectifs de votre équipe (à vous de jouer )
