Pro - a US-based outsourcing software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experience to clients since 2011.We invite a proactive, communicative, and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help us deliver exceptional software development services for Altametrics, the leading provider of web-based enterprise software solutions with an extensive presence in the restaurant industry.

You'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing valuable insights to ensure optimal team performance that drives our client's business success.

Is that you?

  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Strong communication skills for client and team interaction, including conducting demos and providing project updates
  • Proficiency in writing acceptance criteria according to existing standards
  • Experience working with UI, writing requirements, collaborating with designers, creating acceptance criteria, and performing breakdowns
  • Detailoriented mindset with experience in writing documentation from scratch

Desirable:

  • Prior experience working with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

Key responsibilities and your contribution


You'll be an essential member of a small, tight-knit team that works on several crucial aspects of the client's flagship product, including the customer-facing portal and online ordering & catering component.

Your contribution will have a direct impact on the success and performance of the client's product, ensuring an exceptional user experience and satisfaction.


  • Write acceptance criteria for existing user stories and ensure they meet the acceptance standards
  • Create new acceptance criteria, continuously communicating with the client and key stakeholders to discuss project details and requirements
  • Take responsibility for refining requirements, user stories, and writing requirements documents
  • Conduct grooming sessions with the team to clarify project goals and deliverables
  • Break down features into user stories and develop acceptance criteria for the catering component
