Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners, to designing and testing hypotheses, to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers and service providers.

Our Portugal offices are located in four of the country's most vibrant cities - Braga, Guimarães, Lisbon and Porto, known for their rich historical background and warm atmosphere.
FARFETCH PLATFORM SOLUTIONS
Being part of the FPS Client Solutions Team, you will promote product strategy and definition by translating customer needs into business and product requirements to ensure Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) delivers to customers the best personalised luxury experience.
THE ROLE
As a
Product Manager, reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work with several product areas of platform (from Product to Supply or Finance) in order to design the best in-class platform solutions, driving innovation through end-to-end solutions and specialised channels and services, fostering platform scalability.

- Lead discovery phases analysis by exploring cross functional problems, joining requirements and its analysis, always with platform scalability in mind;
- Champion the needs of luxury fashion brands and business teams on a continuous roadmap definition, ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals;
- Define and drive platform strategy and roadmap. Partner with the business product managers to develop a vision, strategy and prioritized feature backlog for digital product(s)/platform. Evangelize longterm strategy to the development teams, the product and business teams and the broader organisation;
- Be the conscience and ambassador of the Platform, continuously looking at solutions from an enduser's perspective; driving the complete experience, to the best outcome possible for the enduser.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced in a product management or similar role;
- Meticulous, highly developed organisational skills, a hands on attitude, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fastpaced environment;
- Passionate about developing customercentric products and solving complex problems that impact multiple teams;
- Experienced in working with crossfunctional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development preimpact analysis, deployment and postdeployment activities, and maintaining product roadmaps;
- Technology enthusiast, dynamic with an orientation to detail;
- Experienced in working with large and demanding companies;
- Ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively.
