Validate Project Plans and SOWs with Project Managers/Delivery teamAllocate and manage team resources for the development and QA, ensuring timely deliveriesAnalyze business requirements and review design and test cases in cooperation with Product Manager/OwnerDevelop risk mitigation plan for complex projects and execute as necessaryDevelop and coordinate code based on design/functional specificationsManage the budget and resources allocated to the team effectivelyManage the team with clear objectives and weekly reviews, monitoring time spent on projects, capacity and achievementsEnsure utilization of the team is in line with the capitalization targetIdentify the training needs of the team and facilitate training delivery accordinglyProvide timely feedback to team members supported with data/instances to help them improveDevelop team members to assume more responsibilitiesEnsure job rotation of team members in compliance with AGILE MethodologyProvide technical expertise and recommendations to improve the project functionalityAcquire/Distribute knowledge needed to complete the work more effectivelyMaintain Technical Backlog for product lineAlign with Head of MS&S (Operations) and Product Managers/Owners on Product roadmap and its materialization (Product evolutions, Change Requests, Product enhancements, New Products, Internal automations)

Liaise with other departments to resolve issues faced by team members as necessaryAttrition Control, Recruitment, and Induction processesEducation requirement:

Experience range: 5+ years of experience in leading, managing and coaching a development unit, preferably in Agile setup and ideally in Telecom field.

Full development lifecycle in an agile methodology (incl. test driven development, continuous integration), change and release management.

Technical/ functional skills required:

Telecom Billing and Rating experienceExperience working on high data transactions using Oracle DBSQL Query/ Performance tuningData Structures and Sorting Algorithms'C', Pro*C/JAVA, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate/ MicroStrategyOracle, PL/SQL, Advanced ReplicationUNIX, SHELL ScriptingTeam Developer Skills is a strong plus.

Functional and System Testing using Quality CenterData Structures, Sorting AlgorithmsBlockchain knowledge (development skills) can be a +Interpersonal SkillsPeople Management SkillsDelivery Management SkillsAnalytical and Troubleshooting skills.

Communication Skills in EnglishAttention to details and accuracy.
