**What are the main responsibilities of a Business Manager ?

1. Business Development
\tMarket prospection, schedule and conduct business meetings, manage client relationships, make your business grow.

3. People Management
\tManage your team of consultants by building a strong relationship with them, understanding and supporting all needs in order to develop their career.

Do you have?

  • A Bachelors or Master's preferably in Management/Economics, Engineering or HR
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
  • International experience and/or Internship programs as a plus
  • 12 years' experience overall in any field (preferable)

Are you?

  • Motivated to create your own client pipeline and new business opportunities in IT & Engineering Consulting
  • Results driven with a cando attitude to find new ways to increase business needs
  • A smiling, dynamic and communicative person with passion to interact with different people
  • An Authentic and positive energy person
