Junior Marketing Manager
Full-time - Lisbon, Portugal

What We Are Looking For:


As a Junior Marketing Manager, you'll be in charge of creating and carrying out fantastic influencer marketing strategies for our web3 products, finding and partnering up with influencers who fit our target audience.

Basically, you'll be making sure our influencer marketing campaigns are a total hit and track their progress to make them even better.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for the company's web3 products and services, in line with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Identify and engage relevant influencers across various web3 communities, platforms and channels.
  • Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube and Twitter.
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the esports industry, and to create and execute effective campaigns on these platforms.
  • Build and manage relationships with key influencers, ensuring they understand the company's products and services and are motivated to promote them to their audiences.
  • Plan and execute influencerled campaigns and activations, including product launches, content collaborations, and events.
  • Measure and report on the impact of the influencer marketing campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns and influencer partnerships based on performance data.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest web3 trends, platforms, and best practices, and share insights with the marketing team to inform future strategy.

Requirements:

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience analyzing data to deliver on KPIs
  • Successful track record of elevating brands and influencers alike
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing micro influencer programs and communitie

Nice To Have:

  • Proven experience in web3 influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Intermediate proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish and/or French language
  • Passionate about football in particular, and sports in general.
- "Gamer" and "Coiner" with $FEVR.

  • Knowledge of the esports industry.
