We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the art of Japanese fine dining.

As part of our dedicated kitchen staff, you will perform a variety of culinary tasks, from precise recipe interpretation to the artistic plating of dishes, all while adhering to the highest standards of quality and hygiene under the HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Kitchen service activities, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to ensure the provision of a service of excellence;
• Functions in compliance with HACCP standards;
• Functions in accordance with Japanese fine dining standards;
• Mise en plase;
• Recipe interpretation;
• Produce teppan menu;
• Prepares food and performs for the guests;
• Responsible for multiple duties while cooking for a group;
• Food preparation and associated products;
• Portioning of cooked foods;
• Plating and decorating food;
• Cleaning and organisation of the benches assigned to the service.
