Descrição da função:

  • Atendimento a clientes para organização de transporte marítimo de contentores e seguimento dos embarques marítimos de exportação/importação;
  • Apoio ao cliente;
  • Introdução e envio de manifestos nos Portais Portuários;
  • Reservas e informação de bookings;
  • Tratamento de documentação relativa a exportação e importação marítima;
  • Emissão da respectiva documentação do embarque;
  • Apoio e acesso aos navios quando necessário;
  • Apoio na Gestão equipamento e stocks de contentores;

Requisitos:

  • Habilitações Literárias: 12.o ano ou Licenciatura em Gestão Portuária, Gestão de Transportes e Logística, Comércio Internacional, áreas afins.
  • Conhecimentos na área dos transportes Marítimos/ Logística;
¬Com alguma ou sem experiência Profissional;

  • Bons Conhecimentos de Inglês;
  • Organizado, Responsável, com facilidade de aprendizagem e comunicação;
  • Bons Conhecimentos de Informática na ótica do utilizador
  • Disponibilidade imediata.

Horário Seg/Sexta 09H00 às 12H30 / 14H00 às 17H30; (7h/dia - 35h/semanais);
Trabalho suplementar não aplicável;
O vencimento compatível com a experiência demonstrada.
