**Planning Optimization Specialist - Expansion & Consolidation

Executar a estratégia de desenvolvimento da rede, assegurando a consolidação da rede de retalho existente e promovendo a expansão de novos negócios através da procura de novas oportunidades e conceitos de mobilidade.


Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar na definição da estratégia global de Planeamento de Rede de Postos em PT;
  • Implementar as ações previstas no Network Plan para PT, no que diz respeito à concretização de postos novos, grandes remodelações, consolidação de propriedade, transferências de canal, abandeiramentos, garantindo a maximização da criação de valor de cada projeto, bem como a preparação do respetivo business case;
  • Identificar e negociar novas oportunidades de negócio em PT gerindo os projetos de implementação de novas posições ou de reconfiguração das atuais em interação com diversos stakeholders, internos e externos;
  • Efetuar a negociação da aquisição da propriedade em PT nas vertentes de compra, arrendamento, concessão, direito de superfície bem como a identificação de potenciais localizações para avaliação;
  • Analisar e emitir pareceres com critérios alinhados com as orientações estratégicas decorrentes do Network Plan e com origem/destino diversos, incluindo análises sobre ações de investimento/desinvestimento e análises especiais;
  • Acompanhar e garantir o processo de renovações contratuais, sempre que requerido/necessário.

Pretendemos

  • Formação em Gestão ou áreas equivalentes;
  • Experiência mínima 5 anos em funções equivalente;
  • Carta de condução e disponibilidade para viajar;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Forte capacidade negocial e ética;
  • Forte capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de Equipa;
  • Rigor no tratamento de informação;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e sentido crítico;
  • Forte dinamismo;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerir múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente;
  • Capacidade de preparação de _Business Plan;_
  • Experiência na utilização do _MS Office_ (principalmente _Excel_ e _PowerPoint_);
  • Fluência em Inglês escrito e falado (Espanhol é uma vantagem).
