THE ROLE
We are looking for a#TechTalentto perform duties as a Sales Advisor.


You will join theCustomer Presales & Retention (CPR) team, which manages the Consumer & Commercial Lifecycle Engagement for Sales, Lead Generation and Retention, a central pivot between Marketing, Support, Partners and Engineering for Cloud and Devices growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DOManage day-to-day operations with Delivery Partners,ensuring Sales targets are met/exceededDrive Delivery Partners' performance via KPIs andoperational levers, tracking their training andqualityDrive results through collaboration and innovation with both Delivery Parners andinternal stakeholdersReviewindicators and share insights on gap analysis to develop improvement andreadiness plans based on the short andlong-term needsCollaborate on cross-market/channel/line-of-business issues, triage and prioritize by working with peer groups in Planning, Supportability, Enablement, Readiness, Engineering andBI to drive resolution andimprove overall Sales lifecycle experienceIdentify and remove sales blockers across all aspects; drive awareness andfeedback on opportunities, be it processes, procedures, tools and/or systemsMonitor Customer and Partner Satisfaction, making recommendations and suggestions required to exceed targetsSmooth implementation of Tools, Trainings and Processes,ensuring operational risks andmission critical escalations are identified, mitigated/solvedProvide subject matter expertise on suite of products, services and solutions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required/Minimum QualificationsProficient in English language (written and spoken)Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Sales/Pre-sales, ideally in a contact center environment - preferably on Cloud solutions andhardware salesUnderstanding of Microsoft solutions andhow businesses apply themDeep day-to-day operational experience, driving results - effectively andefficientlyProven experience in de-escalating, conflict resolution andclosure of Customer/Delivery Partner issuesAbility to navigate, influence, collaborate andbuild relationships in matrixed environment - with internal stakeholders andVendors/Delivery PartnersAnalytical problem solving andability to identify opportunities for improvement in performance, assuring QualityExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, creative, independent thinker who can deal with ambiguity andmake decisions Additional/Preferred QualificationsCertifications in one or more Microsoft TechnologiesProject/Change Management Certifications and practical execution experienceHands on exposure & expertise to BI Tools (Excel Analytics, Power BI) WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU Opportunities for career advancement
