Telescopic crane operator

For our client who is involved in a huge industrial construction project, located in the port region of Antwerp, we are looking for telescopic crane operators for the next 3 years.

We will be providing all kinds of crane services at the project site, from the smallest to the largest load, in a safe, high-quality and efficient manner.

• You will be responsible for operating a telescopic crane.
• Positioning the lifting block and hooking up the load.
• Participating in the assembly and adjustment of the tower crane (placement of crawler sections, cross beams, etc.).
• Lifting and carrying loads blindly
• Taking the crane out of service and securing it after a shift (immobilising, powering up, etc.).
• Checking the technical condition of the crane
• Identifying faults
• You will be responsible for lifting and moving loads

• Experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• A sense of accuracy and precision;
• Attention to safety.

• Attractive salary based on a Belgian employment contract: basic salary € 16,96;
• Bonuses: 13, holiday money, mileage, family allowance, health and accident insurance;

• You will start with a temporary contract and after one year there is the possibility of a permanent contract.
