We're seeking an individual who excels in creating memorable moments for our guests and possesses strong leadership skills to inspire our team to achieve excellence.

Your Central Role
As the Head Hostess at Reia Collective your primary focus will be on elevating the overall guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience Enhancement:

• Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between guests and staff, proactively addressing any concerns or feedback to ensure swift resolution and maintain guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Training:

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the hostess team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's customer service skills, communication techniques, and product knowledge, empowering them to deliver exceptional service consistently.
• Lead by example in upholding high standards of professionalism, grooming, and conduct, setting a benchmark for the team to follow.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the hostess department, including reservation management, seating coordination, and guest communication, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for hostess duties, ensuring consistency and excellence in service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular guests, recognizing and acknowledging their preferences to create a personalized and memorable dining experience.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and concierge services to drive guest referrals and enhance the restaurant's reputation as a premier dining destination.
• Represent the restaurant at community events and networking functions to promote brand awareness and strengthen ties within the local community.

Your Exceptional Qualifications

To excel in this role, you possess:

• Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests and inspire a customercentric culture among the team.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing a highperforming team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• A passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
