Do you speak Lithuanian, Polish Or Czech fluently? Are you passionate about creating a safe and positive online environment? We're looking for a Content Moderator and Investigator to join our Client's dynamic team in Lisbon Play a vital role in supporting a leading technology company that provides mobility services, including vehicle and scooter rentals, car sharing, and food delivery.

Tasks

  • Be a champion for user safety. You'll review graphic content submitted by users, ensuring it adheres to strict community guidelines.
  • Master detective You'll classify and possibly remove highly sensitive content, upholding a positive user experience.
  • Be a team player. Follow instructions and adhere to company policies, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
  • Advocate for resolution. Conduct outbound calls during investigations, collecting evidence from drivers and customers.

Requirements:

  • Be a language whiz Possess a C1-C2 level of fluency in Lithuanian, Polish Or Czech, along with strong B2 English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment. You'll enjoy a dynamic, teamoriented, and structured workplace.
  • Be a problemsolver with a heart. A passion for helping others achieve positive outcomes is a plus
  • Maintain composure. You'll encounter sensitive content, and a strong tolerance is essential.
