Your responsibilities and impact as a:
Customer Service Specialist:
Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers of the Dutch market over the phone, via email or social mediaSupplying customers with the necessary information and solving any issuesFollowing up of issues if needed
Content Moderator:
Validating all written content for a social media platform, confirming its accuracy and qualityHaving the opportunity to share your ideas, in order to improve the quality of our workBeing part of a team that makes the world's information more accessible and usefulBecoming an expert in the advertisement content and giving the best advice to confirm its accuracy and quality Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of French and at least a B2level of EnglishPassion for customer service, content moderation, or technical supportKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for a long-terminternational career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguesework permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-country What is in it for you?
