The Euronext Corporate Services team is made up of professionals with a strong local presence in Europe and a deep understanding of global capital markets. They assist organizations, whether listed or non-listed, private or public, in optimizing their use of capital markets and operating more efficiently.

Euronext Corporate Services currently serves 4,000+ clients, including listed companies, private companies, advisors, and public organizations. Our clients span across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal) and beyond (e.g., UK, Nordics, Spain, Germany).

This distinctive and comprehensive value proposition revolves around four primary pillars:

  • Governance: Our board portal solution, iBabs, helps organizations secure, organize, and conduct board meetings more efficiently (by simplifying agenda and board pack preparation, enabling easy collaboration with annotations, voting, and meeting summaries).
  • Communication: We lead in providing webinar and webcast services for financial results, internal and external communication through Company Webcast. We enhance our clients' visibility, engagement, and international reach. Additionally, we offer customizable market data components for Investor Relations websites.
  • Compliance: Our InsiderLog products automate inside information and insider list management for issuers and advisors to ensure compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
  • Investor Relations: Our Advisory team offers high-touch advisory services, market intelligence, and analytics for listed companies aiming for a more active presence in capital markets. IR.Manager, our tool, offers a comprehensive IR management and targeting platform to streamline workflow and engagement for corporate IR teams.

Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division encompassing Sales, Marketing, Client Excellence, Product, and Technology.

This position is for a Software Developer in the Compliance Services product line, responsible for software development activities of ComplyLog and regulatory technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align with business requirements and meet delivery timelines.
  • Prioritize client issue resolution, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Conduct code reviews, contribute to feature designs, and ensure overall quality of deliverables.
  • Identify technical debt and areas for improvement and ensure their proper documentation and consideration in prioritization.
  • Implement a robust documentation system for effective knowledge sharing in software development.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in C# and .Net/.Net Core.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns.
  • Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in frontend technologies such as Angular is advantageous.
  • Sound grasp of API security best practices and data privacy.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English.
