Position overview:

Primary duties:

This individual will be involved in a variety of activities. The primary customer base served includes internal business users.

Areas of focus include:

  • Master Data support [80%]
  • Follow Master Data standard, approval matrix & working Instruction to provide Master Data maintenance (new data entry/ existing data change) & meet Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Analyze existing Master Data integrity & accuracy based on Master Data standard, communicate with Business data owner for correct data, and clean up in the system
  • Maintain working instruction & Master Data Standards to keep it uptodate.
  • Project support [20%]
  • Provide support & coordination for local and global project activities.
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly selfmotivated
  • Experience working in a remote and multicultural team in a collaborative global environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor BA, CS MIS
  • Internship in IT/business with 2 years of IT/business experience in the following areas:
  • Master Data Management in SAP, Mysis/Accpac and/or Prism, TKS and SharePoint.
  • Data analysis & processing
  • Fluency in English; additionally German, French, Italian (appreciated).
  • Flexible work hours are required for collaboration with other H.B. Fuller team members around the globe. This may include remote support and after hours support.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed (
