For our Bruker AXS location in Lisbon (Portugal), we are looking for
Inside Sales Representative (M/F/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Register/qualify new leads in the CRM, nurture, and route qualified leads to sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Plan and generate campaigns targeting specific market segments or regions, to drive lead and opportunity growth. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory, keeping the data accurately up to date in the CRM.
  • Cooperate and align with the different departments within Bruker AXS in an effective way.
  • Proactively suggest measures to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the inside sales activities.
  • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards, reporting activities and results to the supervisors.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting followup activities to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform effective company and product presentations to prospects and existing customers, in virtual meetings.
  • Close sales and achieve the defined quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in inside sales.
  • Track record of overachieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Education in Science.
  • Language skills: English, German, Local Language (French and other languages of advantage)
  • Available for hybrid workplace remote and in the office.
