BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a
Trade Support Specialist. In this role, you will execute sales / purchase contracts by processing and issuing all the related documentation, following up cargo and services documents such as L/Cs, monitoring cargo and stock. Operational responsibilities such as signing service contracts with surveyor, underwriters, documentary presentation and invoices in line with internal rules applicable to binding company vis-à-vis third parties and/or banks.

**More on the
Trade Support Specialist: - Identifying and issuing specific documents and contract execution related documentation and correspondence. Introducing the necessary data into the Commodity software (_update of the database_).

  • Confirm and control some invoices from vendors and control deliveries to customers according to open quantities.
  • Organize deliveries according with quantity available in the several warehouses to avoid interruption of deliveries to customers.
  • Contact with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and to react accordingly.
  • Daily stock reporting / commodity & location.
  • Register purchase and sales contracts.
  • Assure that all daily information deliveries are timely sent to execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- +/- 5 years of experience in trading or related area.

  • Fluent Portuguese and English, required, other languages a plus.
  • Strong information system skills (excel, SAP,).
  • Good agribusiness understanding, exposure to a commodity trading environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
