We are seeking an
Intermarket Physical Logistics Trainee to be part of our Nespresso HUB Import&Export team, which is a key component of an international HUB (based in Lisbon) offering Supply Chain assistance to Nespresso markets globally.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist in the creation of outbound deliveries by sending order list details to warehouses for order preparation before loading (daily);
  • Aid in consolidating and communicating crosstrade orders, a vital aspect of our business: extract and provide comprehensive information about suppliers, markets, and dates to ensure timely and accurate documentation;
  • Generate and distribute reports to deliver Data and Analytics to the team for smooth execution, continuous visibility, and optimization of operational tasks.

ARE YOU WHO WE ARE SEEKING?

  • Degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Initiative and problem-solving attitude
