Professional Internship - Reliability (Sines)
Mission
Integrate the project "SAP - Asset Register". Today SAP is used in the Sines Refinery as a maintenance management tool (corrective and preventive work orders).
The objective of this project is to transform SAP into an asset management tool that can be widely used by all departments of the Refinery for management purposes.
The main mission is to realize that we are far from including all the hardware installed in the Refinery in SAP and realize that this integration is critical to ensure the safety and production of the Refinery.
Responsibilities
Register missing equipment in SAP;
Load main feature of the equipment, criticality code included;
Identify the most important spare parts to be present in the warehouse and upload to SAP, focusing on the most critical equipment (safety + production);
Define preventive maintenance activities and upload to SAP, focusing on the most critical equipment (safety + production).
Do you have what we need?
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
Command of the English language;
Knowledge of SAP;
Orientation to results and continuous improvement;
Ability to plan, organize and work in teams;
Residence or availability to reside in the area of Sines, Santo André or Santiago do Cacém (preferred).
