Deal Execution:
Supporting CEO and executive team in deal executionEngaging with various stakeholders, including investors, staff, partners, and customers
Internal Function Engagement:
Ensuring appropriate engagement with internal functions during projectsSupervision of finance staff recruitment, development, and organization Perfil idealDegree or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics from a reputable institutionMinimum 6 years experience in financial areas, preferably in early-stage and fast-growth startupsProfound understanding of financial accounting and reporting regulations in Portugal and EuropeSolid knowledge on financed projectsDemonstrated success in building and leading financial systems and teamsStrong communication, collaborative attitude, and ability to foster high-performing teamsWell-structured and capable of establishing financial accounting and reporting systems in rapidly growing startupsProficient in English, with excellent business reporting skillsPassion, strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, agility, entrepreneurship, teamwork, responsiveness, and self-motivation.
