About the Role

iCapital is on the lookout for a skilled Assistant Vice President - Implementation Specialist to join the Implementation team in Lisbon.

This position will directly report to the Implementation team lead.

The role involves providing technical and operational support for all platform offerings, identifying and supporting the development of customized features for new partners, and assisting in designing unique platform workflows.

The ideal candidate is hungry for knowledge, eager to grow and learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized projects, participate in larger projects
• Coordinate ongoing implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Work with team members to manage detailed technical implementation tasks
• Engage new opportunities with senior management

Qualifications

- Academic and/or professional qualification in Business Management / Finance or related fields

- Master's degree or MBA is a plus

- 6+ years of work experience in business integration, project technology implementation

- Project management certification is a plus

- Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry

- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation

- Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders

- Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must

- Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
