Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB**Innovation matters. With best-in-class research and predictive analytical tools, BASES remains at the core of our client's new product ideas, product messaging that inspires action, fresh packaging designs and optimal product launch strategies.


This role sits within the BASES EU Operations team, responsible for ensuring that market research projects are set up smoothly.

The aim of the Project Coordinator is to work as a liaison between the commercial team and our internal departments & external suppliers to execute high-quality consumer data collection for our research studies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating with the commercial team on study objectives and client requirements for the survey execution
  • Creating highquality questionnaires; coordinating the translation process
  • Checking programs for online surveys
  • Acting as a point of contact for the commercial team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics, and data collection
  • Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
  • Creating study material for external vendors and monitoring the progress of interviews
  • Liaising with internal and external departments on prefield setup

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Attention to detail and Multitasking skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Problemsolving and process improvement skills
  • Client consulting skills
  • Creativity
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams
