Purpose of Position:

Guarantee the authoring, version control, revision, approval, publication, and distribution across multiple platforms of internal and external documents to aircraft, crews, office staff, external vendors, and national authorities in accordance with EU, ANAC, UK, ISO and NetJets requirements.

The operational and regulatory need for current, accurate, and timely information make this role safety and compliance critical.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Edit and manage technical content submitted by content creators to ensure clarity, consistent structure, correct British English grammar and spelling, and adherence to company style and formatting standards using an XML modelbased software;
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to solve problems with content or organisation;
• Assist SMEs and department managers in preparing and responding to internal and thirdparty audits;
• Assist SMEs and department managers with information/document management to improve the end user experience;
• Maintain the document control system within NetJets to ensure the effective and efficient management and control of all regulatory, aircraft manufacturer, and internal documentation in accordance with EU, ANAC, UK, ISO and NetJets requirements;
• Ensure that crews, office staff, external vendors, and national authorities have access to the required documentation via multiple access points;
• Maintain an accurate recordkeeping system for internal and external documentation to demonstrate systematic compliance with EU, ANAC and UK regulation;
• Ensure that the aircraft have uptodate documentation, constantly monitoring the flight activity and coordinating all necessary actions with Lisbon office departments, flight and cabin crew, OSR, field reps, service centres, and FBOs;
• Liaise with all relevant teams to efficiently manage, customise, and control the required manufacturers' publication subscriptions and the applicable budget ($297.000,00 per year);
• Act as the EFBapproved Comply365 site admin, being the 1st tier support to internal and external users, in close collaboration with the supplier and all NetJets Inc. companies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs):

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology;
• Experience preparing technical or complex texts, such as translation or quality procedures, is highly desirable;
• Experience working with an XML editor and DITA data model, or similar tools, is preferred;
• Knowledge of document control requirements according to EU regulation and ISO 9001 standards is preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
• Ability to work independently or within a team, with strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong research, analytical, and problemsolving skills;
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail;
• High Proficiency in MS Office.
