MISSION
Execution of activities within the Quality Control Laboratory - Microbiology.
MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out microbiological tests on raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate and finished products, in order to test its quality and evaluate its compliance with predefined requirements;
- Carry out microbiological tests to support environmental monitoring;
- Proceed with registration of all data, calculations, and results. Communicate to the responsible technician any out of specification or atypical result. Collaborate in investigations of out of specification or atypical results;
- Contribute to the good maintenance of equipment, making a correct use of it in order to guarantee its proper functioning and state of calibration;
- Perform calibration and internal qualification tasks.
- Develop protocols and test reports and participate in preparation and review of technical documentation to support Quality Control activities;
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Comply with quality, environment, R&D, health and safety policies, regulations and procedures;
- Collaborate in all department activities as needed.
PREFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND FACTORS
- Degree in Microbiology, Biology or Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Microbiological analysis techniques;
- 1year experience in a similar role (preferred);
- Knowledge and experience with cGMP (preferred);
- Good knowledge of English (written);
- Solid computer skills.
