    What role will you play?
  • We are looking for an R&D engineer who will contribute to the software development of next generation solutions for power grids optimization, gas turbines design, hydrolyzers monitoring and other areas of Siemens' business. These domains are looking for new approaches for data analysis and visualization, assets optimization, process management based on cuttingedge technologies from modern web apps world, social media, IoT and others.

You will be responsible for:

  • Project management in the area of webbased software development for energy and industry domains
  • Requirements clarification and analysis
  • Communication with customers on the development of product functionality
  • Project financials monitoring and control, project reporting
  • Guidance of an efficient agile development processes in teams of 35 developers
  • Continuous improvement of the tools and processes used by the team
  • Contribution to presale activities, making presentations for customers

We are looking for:

  • Experience in commercial software development as a project manager / business analyst (3+ years)
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, KANBAN, etc.), solid work experience in agile teams
  • Knowledge and experience in requirements development methods
  • Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions. Understanding of software architectures on a reasonable level.
  • Communication skills and readiness to work in a team as well as individually
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Would be beneficial

  • Experience in commercial software development as a developer
  • User interfaces modeling methods (responsive interactive dashboards, web forms and ohers)
  • Experience Figma, Axure, MS Visio and/or other prototyping / diagraming tools
  • Knowledge of business process reengineering methods
